Phase 01

Diagnosis

With the diagnosis on the table, we design the path. We define what gets done, in what order, with which tools, and how long it takes. Without this phase, execution is a gamble; with it, every step has a reason and a metric to back it up.

Build

How long does the Vantra Method take?+
It depends on the scope. Diagnosis and Architecture are usually resolved in the first few weeks; the Build phase advances in sprints with deliverables visible every week, and Evolution is ongoing support. We define the real timelines in the Architecture phase, not before.
Do I have to hire all five phases?+
No. Many projects start with a Diagnosis and Digital Maturity Score to gain clarity before investing. From there you decide which phases to move forward with. Each phase is a deliverable in itself.
What is the Digital Maturity Score?+
It is an assessment of six dimensions of your business (digital presence, sales process, internal operations, tools, data and metrics, and capacity to scale), each scored from 0 to 5, with a maximum of 30. The score places you in a range: Basic, Developing, Professional, or Scalable.
What happens when the project ends?+
In the Handover phase your team receives training, operations kits, and documentation to operate without depending on us. Afterward, the Evolution phase offers optional ongoing support for monitoring, maintenance, and new opportunities.
